Welcome to Bespoke Balloons Ballarat!

My name is Celia and I launched Bespoke Balloons Ballarat in January 2018. When I first had the idea for the business, I thought we would only be doing small helium bunches on  weekends, but very quickly I realised the balloon decorating gap in the Ballarat market.

We have completed some phenomenal installations over the last 2.5 years and continue to grow!
